nobody truly knows anything about either place, or if either place even exists.

anyone who claims otherwise is a liar and a fraud.

Why would I want to live forever in hell? In heaven, happiness is promised in hell, only pain and despair. the suffering in this world does amount to something in the end. when you do something good even when you might not be aknowledged for it in this world, even your smallest actions will be remembered on the day of judgement. i think it would be a obvious why one would prefer heaven over hell. in hell you burn eternally in fire that is much more extreme than normal fire so much that it will be unbearable for the person. why would i want to live forever in that state? and regarding the last part of the question of whether i truly know--who does? its all in your faith. there is no way to prove the existance of hell heaven God..... but i rather be on the safe side :P

Actually, it's your choice. You can either live or die. Heaven is the place of eternal life. Hell is the place where you go to a second death if you do not choose life. The ball's in your court. What are you going to do with it?

Note...Jesus is the way, the truth, and the LIFE. Choose life.

Yes, I do truly know the difference.

Those in heaven are privileged to dwell with God, as part of his family, and to share in all that he is and all that he has, forever.

Those in hell get to spend a lot of quality time with Satan, the devil, and to be his slaves for all eternity.

I believe Heaven is a personal paradise where you are happiest in. I also believe it is more of a state of mind than a place. I probably wouldn't mind diving into Hell to save any loved ones who have fallen there, but I wouldn't want to stay. I don't feel like having my flesh eternally burned off with magets feeding off my flesh. I probably shouldn't have read Dante's Inferno. Good book. I truly know, because I have faith. That was terribly optimistic.

Let me answer that with another question, why dont you go around breaking the law and get sent to prison? instead of keeping out of jail having an ok life? do you truly know? Its the same thing, people dont want to go to jail because its a horrible place, people dont want to go to hell because its an horrible place, its kind of a general understanding on why...

In Heaven, you want suffer and you wont sin at all, it'll be a nice place. In hell, you'll burn for eternity. If you want to go to hell, you'll burn, how would you feel if you get burned by something now, you'll probably cry and scream in pain. This wont happen in heaven.

Among other things, Hell is a place where you are separated from God. I don't ever want to be separated from God.

Are you kidding? Heaven is a much nicer place than hell, don't you think?

Heaven sounds like the better deal, if you ask me. Burning forever doesn't sound particularly fun, and I'd imagine spending eternity with the Creator sounds like a much better use of my time. :P
