In just that way. Be calm, I know it was one of the scariest conversations I've ever had, but it had to happen. They will be scared and confused, just like you are, but they can help you more than you know.

Sometimes its hard to start the conversation. I would write a letter and put it on the most understanding parents side of the bed. You need to talk and sometimes when you have time to write it down and get things straight is best. At the end of letter write I need someone to talk to not be yelled at. My husband commited suicide, man you have no idea how that affects people. Once its done its all done.

Don't overthink it, just do it. Approach the one you feel most comfortable with and tell them you jsut need a minute to get something off your chest. You will feel better just letting someone know how you feel. It's pretty normal to have bad thoughts, just not to act on them. Learn to get things out and you will feel better.
