Thank you. It's a new thing I'm trying. Well, I tried installing an upgrade of Photoshop, but it didn't work BUT I'm happy because I went to this really cool site, www.lunapic.com .....You can literally do everything on there including the snow effects. :-)

just get a snowing picture, take out the rest of the picture by using the magic wand of photoshop, delete it and then open the picture of your friends in photoshop and put it in the lowest layer.
