----> Always check with your doctor for any diet!!! but...

I have found that a good "quickie" diet is one they mention on TV here in the 'States. It is substituting two meals a day with a cup of whole grain cereal and a cup of skim milk. Make the third meal balanced and nutritious.

And, oh yeah, drink plenty of fluids.

Yes, good ol' exercise works really well. Also, foods with a high water content such as grapes tend to fill you up more than say foods high in fat like cookies.

Also biking is a great way to loose weight, plan long trips with friends. That what me and some people do and in a few weeks my friend lost about 50 punds and they are beyond fun! Usually are about 20 miles towards downtown in our case, but at nice pace, nothing extreme.

what do you mean in no time? How long is that a few weeks? well if you want to lose it in a healthy manner you should not lose more than 4 pounds a week. eat lots of raw foods, although you should be careful b/c some fruits have a lot of sugar in them (even though they are 'natural' sugars sugar is sugar!) work out, drink lots of water. Basically make sure you're burning off more than you eat.
