I think a woman in her forties should do EXACTLY what she wants to do in PRECISELY the way she wants to do it.

I am so sick and tired of people being restricted by what other people think. Prudes...judgemental priggs...anally retentive tight lipped bores with as much ambition as a walnut...AAARRRGGGGHHHH!!!

The answer to the question is YES YES YES...Calming down now.....

Yes a woman in her 40s should start training to be a cheerleader, It will be good exercise and keep your figure trim, as to the underwear I would surgest that you should wear a thong, but if you want to put on a private show for your partner then go comando (no knickers). As to an outfit? a short skirt and a tight fitting top with a plunging neckline, This is the kind of outfit that american cheerleaders wear.

I was not aware of the fact that any cheerleaders, did not wear underwear. So why would she not. Maybe it would be best for her to train but leave the cheerleading to the younger gals without all the flapping.

I think asking a question such as this implies you may not wanto wear underwear as you are following Britney Spears example. I would say that a person who does not wear underwear exposes themselves to bacteria in amny forms and if you feel that you want to be sick with some virus in your system , please go right ahead and do not wear underwear.
A proper uniform is one that the team you are cheering for provides for us and it is usually sweater and short skirt and shoes and socks and pong pongs to lead the crowd. Age is not the issue here, your undergarmets are!!!

A woman at any age can be a cheer leader, bet it good exersise, but if she is a lady who looks after herself then of course she must wear underwear. I mean me being english I would never dream of flashing something that could be covered up wearing panties. lol

why not??? but be sure to consult a doctor before hand.
underwear is a must, unless she wants to be arrested for indecent exposture.
short skirt and tight sweaters if with a good figure or just a sweatsuit if not.please don't try the more extreme stunts unless you have gymnastic experience.
happy cheering.
God bless,
gabe

Do what you like but, make sure it is what YOU like to do first.
There is a difference between being popular and decorum.
I'm 43 with 3 adult kids who think of me as a friend but, more as a Father when advice is required. Tata.

If you're already considering it, why bother with what everyone else thinks! Do what you want and what will make you happy!
As far as the panties -- YES! Do you really have to ask that?
If you want to be taken seriously -- YES YES YES YES YES YES!

It depends on whether the cheerleading activities will be restricted to the bedroom.
