Hi! I am 14 and I have been told many times I need protein. I am a member at curves and they told me I need at least 100 grams a day! Now, I always watch my protein intake, When I eat yogurt and nuts but What else has protein in it? And how much (since things like mean doesn't have a ingredience n such list!

Protein is found in meat, poultry, fish.
It is also in nuts, seeds, milk and milk products, eggs,
Grains have protein.

edaname beans (soy beans) YUM! They are PACKED with protein.

Otherwise, like everyone else said: fish, chicken, eggs...

go for pulses.............specially soya bean, it has one of the highest protien content. Also eggs and fish.
