Or was it Pontius Pilate or Matthew or Mark or Luke or John or King James of England or was it God himself?

And who topped them off with these other words, "What I have written, I have written."

And if you were asked to draw a cartoon of a God on a cross, who will you draw?

Will it be original or will it be another copy-cat version of the millions that adorn so many walls and people's chest and arms and prayer books?

I like the one that John Paul ii carried around with him best.

Did Punchus Pilate not write these words on all THREE crosses, none of which was borne by the CHRIST and two on which the Two Thieves Jesu were crucified?

"Jews" is as racist and discriminatory a name as "******" or "eskimo" or "pygmy" and peple who claim to be Jews either do not know their past or have been sucked in by the Bible Hoax.

The Yahuudi of Israel should ban the name "Jews" and they know why.

Pontius Pilate (the Roman governor) had a plaque made to go on the cross that stated; "The King of the Jews" in Latin, Greek and Hebrew. When the plaque was mounted the Jewish leaders wanted it changed to: "He said, I am the king of the Jews."

That's when Pilate said the words: "What I have written, I have written." John 20:19

As far as drawing a 'cartoon' I am an avid collector of icons (the correct term). I find them to be wonderful works of art as well as inspriring.

John recorded the dialogue, Pontious Pilate made the sign, and spoke the words.

John 19
19Pilate had a notice prepared and fastened to the cross. It read: JESUS OF NAZARETH, THE KING OF THE JEWS. 20Many of the Jews read this sign, for the place where Jesus was crucified was near the city, and the sign was written in Aramaic, Latin and Greek. 21The chief priests of the Jews protested to Pilate, "Do not write 'The King of the Jews,' but that this man claimed to be king of the Jews."

22Pilate answered, "What I have written, I have written."

Much of our very old scriptures tell us about the King of the Jews sign. It was placed above the head of Jesus Christ when the Romans nailed him to the cross. Since out scriptures are older than your religion, your words are cheap and false. The Jewish faith is just starting to tell the story that is in the Christian Bible. They were more truthful than our own teachers.

I saw you were once a Christian. That means your parents are Christian. Do you hate your own parents the was you hate Jews and Christians? If you do, Islam is false and your soul is bound for hell.

The soldiers twisted together a crown of thorns and put it on His head. They clothed Him in a purple robe and went up to Him again and again, saying " Hail, King of the Jews!" And they struck Him in the face. John 19:2-3 NIV

The Bible does not say "His" image. Genesis 1:26 says: Then God said: "Let us make man in our image, after our likeness."

The Catholic Church believes that God transcends the human distinction between the sexes.

+ Equality +

Sexism is against the teachings of Jesus Christ and the Catholic Church:

Created in the image of the one God and equally endowed with rational souls, all men have the same nature and the same origin. Redeemed by the sacrifice of Christ, all are called to participate in the same divine beatitude: all therefore enjoy an equal dignity.

The equality of men rests essentially on their dignity as persons and the rights that flow from it:

Every form of social or cultural discrimination in fundamental personal rights on the grounds of sex, race, color, social conditions, language, or religion must be curbed and eradicated as incompatible with God's design.

+ Ordination of Women +

The Catechism of the Catholic Church states:

The Lord Jesus chose men to form the college of the twelve apostles, and the apostles did the same when they chose collaborators to succeed them in their ministry.

The Church recognizes herself to be bound by this choice made by the Lord himself. For this reason the ordination of women is not possible.
