see a doctor. it could be what they call a anal fissure, what is basically a crack in the wall of your anus, that can become infected. if usually hurts when you defecate. the rash could be part of a fissure that has become infected. i should not diagnose it on line but see a doctor definitely. there are other conditions that can cause this.

I don't want to imply anything about your sex-life and I am the least alarmist person I know, but you do need to have this checked out. It could be a minor infection or it could be an STD (sexually transmitted disease.)
It could also be that your system is producing too much mucus and your anal area reacting. What ever, you'll be happier knowing what it is.

I suggest that you go and speak with your doctor.
I really dont think that you should be putting paper in your rectum. Its just not a good idea. You would be better off with a liner in your underwear.
I dont think prep h will help you because it doesnt sound like you have hemorroids.
Talk to the doc
good luck

I have cured mine. I had no fissures and no IBS or diarhea or any other bowel health problems. I read all these forums and read that vitamin supplements may cause it. I had been taking garlic pearls to aid my stomach health for years, so I stopped and hey presto, anal leakage is now gone.

You should absolutely seek the help of a Medical Doctor. This could or could not be serious. The rash is not a good sigh. Please go to the Doctor, they have done these types of problems many times. Don't be embarrassed, it's better to be that way then totally sorry for not ever going. God Bless and I sure pray you will go.

You really need too see a physician! This could be serious! You can handle the rash by using a cream for diaper rash. It may smell fishy, but will give you relief in about three days. AGAIN! SEE A DOCTOR!

You need to use an inflatable balloon, that is flacid prior to insertion.
