Technically, weight loss in general is a disturbance in the equilibirum between energy consumption and expenditure. That being said, the best "diet foods" are those that fool your body into feeling "as full" as the higher energy content foods, without having the same energy content. The concept you have proposed is that of "zero" calorie or "negative" calorie food. While these are interesting from a purely conceptual perspective, the odds of sustaining a satisfying nutrient regiment with "negative calorie" food and sticking with it are very limited. So, drink more water than you usually feel comfortable with, and eat foods with high water content, i.e, fruits and vegetables. In any event, it is really more about finding lower energy content foods and fooling your body into turning of hunger sensors than it is about specific "negative-calorie"foods.........and exercise of course, which distances the gap between energy use and consumption.

Celery! I great thing 2 eat. You burn all the calories in them by just picking them up. Oh yeah, popcorn. My dad said that when he was a kid he went on a popcorn only diet. For meals he ate unbuttered popcorn & lost tons of weight.
Hopes this helps!

PS: If you want to loose weight without dieting, get a workout video. I use Richard Simmons and one week I lost 2 pounds and ate pizza every day!

Celery is the only food that burns more calories to eat than you consume...
Lettus and cucumber are also good for weight loss...
Before every meal, drink a glass of water, it will make you feel more full so you'll eat less... Good Luck!

Any fitness instructor will tell you, caloires in, calories out. If you burn more than you eat, you can have anything you want. Doing cardio, light weights will help burn. Heavy weights instead of reps will cause muscle gain and you won't see yourself drop in weight in the first few weeks. Just depends on what you are going for.

well any food is good i suggest fruits, vegetable, etc. But it really doesn't matter, what matters is how your work off the calories, but for example running or just moving around for a period of time equal to how much and what you have eaten.
