The guy is a new kid and he keeps throwing things at me as if he's mad at me, but when I look at him he laughs and walks away!!! ANNOYING!!!!!!

Tell him to leave you alone or ese,and if that doesnt work,tell the teacher! He/or she will take care of it!

Tell him to leave you alone and you don't appreciate being treated that way. Straight and to the point. If he keeps it up, tell the teacher. That may seem juvenile, but the teacher is there to maintain order. If the kid gets it he'll leave you alone.

if this still happens, get the teacher involved. or flat out tell him you do not like him at all
