Grow up. I seriously doubt his believing in God or not had anything to do with him being termed.
For the record, I don't believe in God either, but there is an appropriate way to behave in the work place and giggling over a co-workers termination simply because they have differing religious beliefs than you do is NOT appropriate.

Well, obviously you had issues with him, and so did the company or he wouldn't be getting fired. Are you laughing because he's a christian and getting fired (he tried to impose his beliefs on you.. )or is it just incidental that he's a christian and you're happy that he's getting fired? (rhetorical questions)
All of the people who are scolding you aren't being honest. We've all had those situations where someone who has persecuted us or treated us badly in some way has gotten their "just desserts" and our first instinct is to laugh or cheer or something along those lines.
Most of us just wouldn't follow through with something like that because it isn't acceptable nor is it professional.
My advice is to keep a straight face, and if you can't do that, then don't bother going in the office until he's gone.
You'll honestly feel better if you don't say or do anything that reflects badly on you.

So, because this person is a Christian and you are not makes you less sympathetic to the plight of this individual. This proves the point once again that unbelievers are mean and vindictive. This is why you need Jesus, you would have more of a heart for people regardless of their beliefs. Before you laugh too much, the Christian will probably get a better job than what he is leaving. That is how God turns things around for the Christian.

Don't' mock him haven't you heard the biblical saying you reap what you so. Since you have no compassion in you heart I will say it in the way you can understand better. What goes around comes around. And just because he got fired, I know he serves a MIGHTY GOD who can deliver him from any situation. And maybe that was the only way God could get him to leave that job. And move onto a better blessing.

I dont think it is right to laugh at someones mis-fortune, religious or not. Common decency would tell anyone that.

?! How can you laugh when someone gets fired? Just because you aren't a Christian doesn't mean you can discriminate!
But go ahead, laugh. When you get fired, I will be laughing too.

I'm guessing that if this your attempt at being funny that keeping a straight face won't be hard for you or those you struggle to entertain. You don't sound like a comedy icon to me.

sit down,
take several deep, cleansing breaths,
and then stop taking joy in the misery of others. maybe go to a psychiatrist. you apparently hate christians and need to get that out of your system.
