see my daughter wants one and she wants on e 4 christma s an d theres a lady who i work with and she said shell sell it 2 me 4 75$ and shes only used it 5 times so many people are givin them away do they really work or is that awhy there bein gived away

i have an ab lounge 2 and ya it does work, u just have to do it the right way. the best way to di it is to go all the way up and then hold each rep for a little more then a second, and then go back down slowly and do it again.

i think it would probably work but like all fitness machines. People get bored of them, thats usually why they are given away all the time. The ablounge will only work if your daughter puts a lot fo time and effort into the excercise.

like alot of people, they say that they are gonna work-out to get rid of the flab and waste money on something they don't use.It's called laziness..I have one and it does the job IF you use it on a regular basis..you must have a routine when you work-out or don't bother..can't just use something and then put it away for a few weeks then get it out again a couple of times and expect it to help you trim up..It does help my ab's and my back..good luck

They really aren't what they are cracked up to be. I had a friend who had one and ended up using his for lounger only.
Don't waste your money on one.
The majority of people who buy them use them only a few times and then they gather dust.
