i have light brown hair. It's 2 inches off my sholders, i have long layers. They make my hair spring outwards at the bottom only in the front though.I also have long bangs probley two inches below my chin. and i also cut some of those bangs so when those are up i have short bangs, so when i put all my hair up i have short bangs..HELP!! I also straighten it way too much ,and crunch it with loaded hairspray, gel, moose, and some vo5 curling moose and curling spray. i need some help cutting it or doing something to manage

well, you need to go to a good hairdresser who will blend your bangs in with your layers. it sounds like they are about the same length anyhow?

go somewhere besides best cuts & they can help you from there. it is hard to say without seeing your picture or something.

Go to a hairstylist and get a good haircut. Then leave your hair alone until you have virgin hair again. Then carefully think about how you want your hair that is colored or permed. The fact is damaged hair is unattractive, and I know it takes patients to let it recover. But it is well worth the wait.

PS Also the the healthiness of your hairdresser's hair is an indication of whether or not he/she will give you good advice.
