Yep, it feels like your hair is slowly being ripped from it's home one by one.

If you want to see how bad it hurts before you go through it go into the bathroom and take a pair of tweezers and pull out one of your hairs and then, imagine that pain but, try about 100 at a time . If you start to do it and the pain is to bad you'll walk out of there with only half of it done . Check into the problems that occur during and mostly after the wax and you'll probably just stick to shaving. Good luck to you.

it's your first wax EVER? And you are getting it on your private part?? I've seen guys go "OWWWW!" getting they're chests and eyebrows waxed on TV! Waxes hurt period. I've never had one, and don't plan on having one soon. I'd be scared if I were you too! Just imagine some1 waxing your private region-- OWW comes to mind! Take some pain killer before you go. And do you HAVE TO get a FULL brazilian wax? If you are doing this for a bikini, then just get the outside waxed.
Good Luck. :)

YES it does hurt. The best thing you can do is take 2 or 3 aspirin about an hour before you go to the salon, also take a deep breath before s/he pulls the strip off, I'm not sure why but that lessens the pain.

Good luck!

Hurts some but very worth it. Take pain releiver before you go- it helps. Avoid coffee and all caffeine day of. Some people actually use anbesol- gum pain reliever in a gel before they go,that helps too. Make sure you are not close to the time of your cycle pain is worse then too. Be brave and enjoy the results- you'll be hooked.

Well, I got a home kit and did it - it was pretty much fine for me. It stings a little, but not nearly as much as you think it's going to. But I just did it on the legs. It's fine, really. Just brace yourself for a lot of pain, and when you don't get it, it will be such a relief! lol.
