Lets say 3months ago you were 109lbs and 23% body fat and now your 113lbs 23% body fat. Is the extra weight muscle or no? ((I've been working out 30minutes-1hour a day now))

It could be muscle, although your body fat percentage hasn't changed, so I'm guessing it's probably just fluid retention. But keep working out and you should soon see changes in your body. HTH : )
