Stop studying...cuz concentrating to much makes you think alot and that causes your head to go bananas...take small nap and think that the world never existed..then you start doing your studying thing again but don't push it!!!

Take a aspirin and put a cold compress on the back of you neck.
Place you thumbs over the space over and above the ends of your eyebrows (temples) rotate with light pressure of thumbs and then place place the area of the index fingers between the first and second joint with the outer edge placed together in center of you forehead and pressing down pull them apart towards the temples. Repeat several times.

First-the brain is at it's maximum at the 20 min. mark...be sure to take a stretch break, including the neck muscles. These, along with the back muscles carry all of our stress...be sure your posture during your studies doesn't include bending your neck forward....if I had to guess...I'd say your lighting is insufficient for you,and you're pouring over material far too closely.

Take a break and take a nap. You're eyes are probably tired from their prolonged use and your head is telling you to take a break.
