Go to a university that has an engineering school. The library will have many books and magazines with all kinds of information on steam turbines. If you can get to a school that does electrical power generation then that is better. For starters, check out the Electric Power Research Institute, website listed below.

Try reading a Fundamentals of Thermodynamics test. They have a lot about steam turbines from that perspective.
