Most likely an infection. Clean it well with soap and water and alcohol (not peroxide, as it will damage tissue).
You could get hepatitis, & HIV (although not likely unless they have an open sore in their mouth)

I don't know if you will catch anything, but a human bite is very nasty and can get infected easily. You need to keep an eye on it and if it starts to turn red or you get red streaks running from the wound up your hand and arm towards your heart, go to the hospital, you have a serious infection. Tell your girlfriend to keep her teeth to herself and why were you two physically fighting with each other anyway?

The first answerer is right! Cooties is a type of body lice..but i believe that is is not contagious and it is not in the mouth. She could have giving you tuberculosis, a disease regarding your lungs and throat.. it is bad.
