Well, could be hives or anaphylactic (airway swells shut, could die if not promptly treated with adrenaline). Other complications but not true "reactions" would be intestinal bleeding, or respiratory depression. It basically means your body just can't tolerate that drug for one reason or another.

the lit that is usually tucked inside the box if and when you read the side effects you seem to have everything they say you must not take this medicine if you suffer from so then you say why the hell did the doctor give me this lot if that's the end result but you do go on and take them and generally you get away with just a heart attack or stroke and the same when your on anti bio you must take this right through to the last pill or the treatment will be void so does that mean its the very last pill that does the job"" Oh and to you Rose yes penicillin causes face swelling

Drugs have a major effect on our brains including changing the way we think or act. You could have a really bad trip which could change you forever, like the effects of LSD... you might never come down. I think that's pretty severe! Imagine all your senses constantly intense for the rest of your life! Would advise everyone never to even risk that happening. Your life would be over.
