People have much more to worry about than looking at you.
Dont be so self obsessed and think about the fact other people have lives and worries of their own.

Its called reality son, I know how you feel but it is your perception.
Most long term users experience it at the start and end of use.
It takes a long time for cannabis to completely come out your system.
It's hard to cope with when it feels like that, I KNOW.
If you've been coping with life for a while through drugs its as if your mind gives you a an extra hard time when you try an leave them alone.
Paranoia is totally normal dude, you just gotta tuff it out, it will get better.
An if you can, without getting angry, ask someone what they are thinking, chances are you'll find its not what your thinking.
It will take time, six to eight weeks is not an unusual amount of time for cannabis to still be in the system.
Just hang in there mate, it will get better.

Hey i have smoked cannabis consistently for over 4 years and i know what your going through. Some people it effects worse than others. Are you sure these people are looking at you? I used to think that and was to paranoid to even go down the street........U just have to understand how drugs work and how they affect you, then you can deal with it. x x

Smoking cannabis can make you paranoid, it did to my boyfriend and he hasn't smoked it for years, but it still has a mild affect on him. I get paranoid and ive only ever smoked a few joints. Noone is actually looking at you or laughing at you, its all in your head. Walk down the street and hold your head up high, you have nothing to be paranoid about. lol

I never smoked in my lie and I get that sometimes, I'm so self conscious that I feel that people are sometimes looking at me and thinking bad stuff about me and laughing, etc. It's all in your head. Nobody would actually stare at you and make fun of you...well, ok it's possible but not EVERYONE does that at the same time...unless you have a red stain in your pants. Learn to deal with it. Tell yourself "no one is looking at me" and if they are give them a glare or something.....it always works for me.

my dear, if this carries on for a while, go to see a psyshiatrist. It may be the beginning of Early Psychosis.
Thinking that everyone is looking or laughing at you might be one of the symptoms of psychosis. Please talk to your GP if it persists.
Take care.
