Depending on who she is she will take it different ways. Some girls might feel normal or good even though some think of it as being creepy. I've heard that one of the first and most important things guys look in girls are their feet, so I guess she should/will take it as more of a compliments :)

Flips flops seem stunning on adult males, fantastically at the same time as that's actual warm the position you stay. I recommend if that's like snowing outdoors, dont positioned on them. i do not options seeing all of us's ft in public. Heck, i does not options if human beings went barefoot. (I see that plenty. I stay in very strange city. lol) that's large that you keep in mind that you need to under no circumstances the position socks and sandals. It seems unusual. i do not understand what style to direct you to, yet bypass for some thing that's comfiest for you. a lot of fellows i understand the position sandals tournament for like trekking, i guess which could be cool. turn flops seem completely nicely lower than denims, basically make confident that they don't seem to be pores and skin tight denims that squeeze ya undesirable, or large saggy denims. desire i helped!

It would depend on several things, principally:
(1) Whether he knew her or not (if they are strangers, it's an inappropriate comment almost always);
(2) Whether he said it in a friendly or a pervy way;
(3) Whether her particular hot button is to have her feet idolized.
In general, if this woman is not known to this man, he should avoid comments about any of the parts of her body.
