Jesus:ThePreacher,Doomsday:BookOfRevelation,Jesus'Tomb, MysteriesOfTheBible and The Gosepl of Judas all make Christianity look like a sloppy, poorly written and completely fabricated storyline..

After seeing these shows and finding out that Christmas was a thrown together commeration placed on the same day as the Pagan holiday of Saturnalia, I am so thankful that I converted to Judaism.. Baruch Ha'shem..

Yadda, yadda, yadda...yawn...now what was your silly little question again?

The stories on the National Geographic channel are just that: stories. Fiction has been around for thousands of years. It has always been popular to write fictional stories based on real people. Look at how many western movies have been made about Billy the Kid, Buffalo Bill, and Wyatt Erp. They were all real people but the stories written about them, even when they were alive, are pure fiction. Jesus, as a character, has always been a popular theme. Just because they were written a long time ago doesn't make them true. You said it yourself, the stories are fabricated. The stories you saw depicted do not represent the reality of Christ's life.

I believed in the Bill Cosby show until I found out he hates Jello pudding.

The same goes for your own level of what cultures "swallow" and understanding the assimilation of christianity into different cultures.

How many shepherds do you know tend their sheep at night in DECEMBER? It's friggin cold in Isreal in December.

Guess what? Christs birth occured in springtime, which is when the sheperds stay out all nigh 'wit they sheeps.

Look deeper!!!, the mysteries of Christianity/Societies become clearer, with your own understanding.....remember, it is about faith too, even in Judaism.

Amazing, huh.

Oh well. It's Christmas to me.

Evil Genius: "Let's make them celebrate their key holiday on OUR key holiday! That will give us the prayer power that we need to lead them all to oblivion!"

Here's hoping that your faith in God is at least as strong as your faith in National Geographic.
