According to Jewish teachings, Jews are not supposed to marry outside the faith. This only makes sense, since Jews are supposed to have Jewish families, with Jewish children. Now, the children of a Jewish woman are considered Jewish regardless of the identity of the father. But the ideal, for a variety of reasons, is that the whole family should be Jewish. The rule applies to both men and women.
Now, there are Jews of many different races, and anybody can become Jewish through the process of conversion. Therefore, interracial marriage is allowed. A White Jew can marry a Black Jew, a Hispanic Jew can marry an Indian Jew, a Moroccan Jew can marry a Russian Jew, etc.
I hope this clears things up.

Only Orthodox Jews do not approve of marrying outside the faith. I don't think there's an actual prohibition against it. Reform Jews accept interracial and inter-faith marriages. The only difference between Jewish men and women in this circumstance is that the "Jewishness" of the child is passed on through the mother so if a Jewish man marries a woman of another faith, the children would not be considered Jewish to Orthodox Jews. Reform Jews accept both patrilinial and matrilinial Jewish children.

In the bible, which the Torah is based off of, it does have some say on NOT marrying outside of your religion. Although, considering Jesus is Jewish and those that follow his teachings are following the directions of a Jew, I really don't think there is anything wrong with a Jew marrying a christian. Now Muslims and Christians, I have no idea. Talk to your rabbi about that one amigo!

It's strongly preferred that you marry within the religion. It's particularly strong for women, because in Jewish tradition, the heritage passes through the mother (you're Jewish if your mother was Jewish, but you're not necessarily Jewish if only your father was).
Muslims and Christians tend to feel the same, that's its best to marry within your religion. But many people engage in interfaith marriages, and it's not the end of the world, except to super-traditional and close-minded families.

YOu asked two different questions.
In Judaism is interracial marriage allowed? Yes. Judaism allows a white Jew to marry a black Jew or Chinese Jew or hispanic Jew. Judaism does not dissaprove of non-Jews of various backgrounds marrying each other.
Does Judaism allow for interfaith marriages? No. This is 100% forbidden for Jews, male or female.

I've heard that Moses had a black wife, while he was lighter-skinned (not necessarily Caucasian, but probably light-skinned Arabic).
