I assume you mean an eyelash hair, I suppose you could very carefully pluck it with tweezers or go to the optomotrist or opthamologist to have it looked at. They have to be cut out in dogs or they can cause ulcers on the eyeball if they continue to grow or are not removed. Good Luck and GOD Bless

Wash your hands really good, and carefully get it out of your eye as if your putting on a contact.
