Double dates can take a lot of the strain off both you and your date and make at least the first few dates a lot more comfortable and fun. A single date, especially in the early stages of a relationship, can be like some sort of command performance with both of you wondering just exactly what you should be doing to have the perfect date. A couple of friends to share the conversation with and ease some of the natural tension can be just the thing to get a more relaxed relationship on track.

if youre absolutely comfortable with him and nothing is awkward or tense, then single...but if its a new relationship, id try double just so you can ease into things, also if youre young it should be double

Double(triple,quad,...) dating is were you have another couple(s) with you. Less privacy. Dating just you and yourman you get to be more flirty without caring.
