i want to watch rachel ray, like i used to, but i forgot which channel it's on. please help! really appreciate it!

Food Network is only available if you have Cable, but if you want to watch Rachael Ray she has a show on CBS that I'm sure you can pick up.

If you don't have cable, you don't have the food network. Rachel Ray has a syndicated talk show on our channel 5 (Arkansas) but you'll have to check MeeVee.com to find out what time it's on where you are. Good luck.
