that all depends on why you broke up on the first place?
if the reason wasnt that much of a big deal then why not get back together if the attraction is still there

It depends on a number of things really. There was a reason that you broke up in the first place and if nothing has changed then it is not worth your while to go back there again because you will have the same result as before. Even if things have changed you have to be sure that you are not going back there just because you are not dating anyone else.If you know being together makes both of you happy go for it. If not then don't waste your time.
