i have a big nasty pimple in between my legs but not within the genitals but near there. help?

it started as a small pimple, i have had it for years and i didnt mind but its getting bigger now and it hurts. does anybody know an ointment for these?

First things first don't pick at it! Get yourself a wash cloth place it under hot water as hot as you can stand it. Place it on the area use this as a compress. It's possible that it could be an ingrown hair (pubic) or a boil which can become painfull and filled witih pus. It the compress don't work then you'll need to seek your family Dr. Keep the compress on there for 15 mins do this several times a day/night whichever is best for you. ( the reason for the compress is to see if it will bring it to head and it will drain all by itself.)

i once asked this question a few years ago, and someone gave me some of this medicine called C3H5N3O9, more commonly known as nitroglycerin. rub lightly, and DO NOT DROP, or your grotesquely hideous growth, and your pimple will surely burn... and die.
