If you had a deformed face, would you want people nudging their friends saying, "Hey, look at that guy? Eeew!" all the time? To answer your question no--I would not. Staring is rude, and when people start nudging their friends, whispering and pointing, that's inexcusable.

If you were up close,I'd suggest doing something unusual in this ever changing world. Instead of just staring at this person's misfortune,try introducing yourselves and make a new friend.
Don't judge a book by it's cover. What's on the inside just might surprise you.

No, its quite rude.

Sadly, I can't say that I would never react to the deformity.
One should try to treat such person like anybody else but sadly we are all human. Also sadly or appropriately, I'm sure the person picks up on that right away. Mabye they get used to it, I don't know.

Ideally we should try and see the person inside but in reality, its not always easy to do. Most of us are not however "perfect" ourselves.

I certainly would not be obvious about it. But I don't think it is really necessary to do things like that.
