the ocult witchcraft says "An' it harm none, do what thou wilt." meaning do what ever you, just don't harm any one....if it the devil worship than would it be a negative saying instead of a postive?
by the way this saying is called the wiccan rede.

I'm a Ex- wiccan, and there is no devil worship in wicca. Wicca is more about goodness and nothing negative. Black magic is usually not a wise thing to do in the view of a wiccan, only white magic is encouraged.
p.s just to inform others, there are two types of satanism, modern satanism( We are our own gods, we don't belive there is really a supernatural god or devil. Satan is just a symbol.) and theistic satanism (belive and worship satan).

I think you're a little confused. that's understandable, but let's see if we can unscrew you a little.

A Witch is someone who does magic. There is no one Witch cult, there are many, but there are Witches who claim just about every religion imaginable, including Abrahamic ones. Yes, there are Satanic Witches. The vast majority of both modern and primitive Witches, however, do not believe in Satan at all and therefore can hardly worship him.

A Wiccan is a follower of a specific religion. They worship the Divine as androgynous and some sects focus more on the divine feminine, though certainly not all. There is no good or evil in Wicca, there is only Free Will- which they are not allowed to impinge upon and Harm, which they are not allowed to do to themselves or others. "An' it harm none, do what thou Will" is from the Wiccan rede, and has little to do with witchcraft except that many, but certainly not all Wiccans are also witches. There is also a mystery here that the layman cannot be expected to understand. The Will, refers to the life path of the person in question. They are supposed to follow their life path, their purpose, which is to learn and experience as much as they can while still walking softly on the Earth, and not using their time here to cause harm. They are, of course, permitted to use magic (i.e. Witchcraft) to ease this path, but the Rede itself is advice not limited to Witchcraft. It is meant to be applied to their entire life path and all they do along it.

That all being said, I'm sure you can see that there is no good answer to your question. Yes, there are Witches who are associated with "devil practice" as you put it. And Yes there are Witches who follow the Wiccan rede. They are not one in the same group of people, however. "Devil worshippers" as you put it, would scoff at the rede and Wiccans would be appalled at the concept of worshipping a Christian deity.

That all being said, I don't see how simply worshipping the Devil, or anything for that matter, can bring harm to anyone else. It is what you do with it, like running around killing people who don't also worship what you do, that brings harm.

The wiccan rede is not so easily explained as do what you want just don't harm anyone, believe me there is far more to it than that.

To understand the rede you need to sit down with a wiccan so you can ask questions and get straight answers. It might help you understand at least some of what restricts AND frees a wiccan to be a wiccan.

On that "occult" thing being as it means secret, hidden, you should know that during the time the "Church" was hunting down witches they did refer to themselves as "The Hidden Children of The Goddess". Considering the Christian "conversion" process, I'd have been hidden too!

For the record, not all witches are wiccan. Oh yeah, we don't believe in a "Devil" either.

Not occult.Satanists are not Wiccans. Wiccans are not Satanists. In Wicca there is not the belief in an evil entity called the devil. Satanists have the right to worship as they want, I do not think that any following needs to take teachings from another and and twist them to suit their wants. The definition of the Rede is not as simplistic as you state and is much older than the Craft.

We wiccans are bound by that: "Do what thou wilt; Harm none." And there is no devil worship with wiccans at all. Ever! It is a peaceful discipline we practice, in harmony with nature and the elements.

Considering Wiccan's do not believe there is a devil, I don't think they can worship him in any way.
And the word occult means hidden, so no on that front too.

That's because it's not devil worship.

That's just what a lot of people think wiccan is.

Witches have nothing to do with My Father Below. Leave the Wiccans in peace.

Could you repeat that in English? Or at least get someone with an education above (that means more than) the third grade to proofread for you?
Thanks.
