i workout 4 times a week i mostly lift weights when i go to the gym and i do jog outside on restday how come my muscles are getting harder and smaller and i have a much bigger apetite now whats going on

Don't over work yourself. The muscles become "tight" after weight lifting. This is all normal don't worry. It takes time to grow muscles really big, some people are just born with big muscles some have to work for it.

I'm pretty sure that you want your muscles to get harder but they may appear smaller since that may be how the muscle is formiong. The appetite is due to working your body. Your body needs more (healthy) food because you're burning it off faster.

You aren't getting enough calories! If you don't give your body enough calories when you are weight lifting (especially protein calories), your body cannot increase its muscle mass. You are hungry because your body is telling you to eat more. So start eating and you'll feel and look a lot better.
