Try to get them in the same area then trick them with a treat. Or you could try a toy that they all like. Cats just won't stay like dogs. I have found that you only get a good picture of your cats on very rare occasion. GOOD LUCK, you will need it.

You may want to try a bit of catnip, perhaps put it where you want you kitties, and then when they congregate in that spot, snap you fingers or wave a toy to get them to look up at the camera.
If that doesn't work--you may have an opportunity when it is feeding or treat time; usually they gather, have the treat or food in one hand and a camera in the other, and snap away.
Or, you could wait for them to all be tired, that is too tired to put up a fuss, then you may be able to manage them better.
I suppose if none of these work. Take a picture of them separately, and then edit on your computer, so that it looks as if they are all together. I really hope this helps.

I would do what I did in the picture below put some catnip in their bed i you have one. Or just in a certain area so all of your kitties will come together. But you know how cats are they'll do whatever they want. You don't control them they control you.
Good luck on trying to catch that special moment!!!!
Also check out the link below for some tips also.

The pictures I've seen have all gotten the cats' attention through some kind of special toy or treat (i.e. the stick that dangles something from it and then raising it above their heads). Good luck!

Controlling any animal for a picture is tricky. Use treats, and things that can keep them attentive.
However, controlling 4 at once, good luck.

We finally managed to get all seven of ours in one photo. We used their laser pointer to gather them in one place, then I called their names and my husband took the picture. Keep trying, it's well worth the effort.

I would take them to a professional "animal" photographer. I bet they can do it. Good luck and happy holidays.
