In your area, could you change your house phone # without a charge, as well as your cell phone #, without a charge? If you cited harassing calls as the reason? Which seems to be would be a valid reason. Are you afraid of this guy, Driver? This also might qualify as "stalking". If you told your ex-boyfriend you might report this abuse, would he go off? Understandably, your new boyfriend is annoyed by all of this, resolving this asap, could save your new relationship.

Tell your ex on no uncertain terms that he is never to call you again.
Most home phone services and cell phones offer a "call block" feature to block certain numbers from reaching your phone. Contact your phone provider to find out how to use this service.
If he persists in calling you after this, inform him that you will go to the police and get a restraining order if he continues. You must carry through with this threat if he persists, or he will not respect your boundaries.

Ig nore him, if he persists pick up the phone and tell him that his annoying you isn't going to work and that your fiance is getting tired of it. Change your number and if it still doesn't stop report him.

i had this problem too. block his number on your house phone and change your cell phone number. and don't give it to anyone that will give it to you.
or the slightly less expensive option is to just ignore it, i went through that too but it's also slightly more stressful.

You can change your number to start with. Or you can get a restraining order against him.

CHANGE YOUR CELL NUMBER-WHAT ELSE? That is the only thing that will make him quit. He didn't miss the water until the well ran dry.
