Nothing, he is only 23, probably shy and afraid of rejection. Now if he were 43, there would be a different conversation here. Is this guy shy? or shallow? is he waiting for perfect? or shy to talk to someone he wants to talk to? .. Maybe he was one of those kids who was picked on in school for no real reason, but other kids can be cruel, so maybe he went through that and is afraid to get close. All kinds of things could be happening here. If he is a friend of yours, get him out to meet people. Join things, find things to that involves other people. My 19 year old son is very shy, there are girls who want to go out with him, and he knows it, but he is still shy about asking. He has had a couple girlfriends, but only because they asked him out. Society expects everybody to have someone, but it is also ok if someone is happy living their own life with no one special in it, if that is truly what they want...

I dated a guy like that. He was 27, never been with a girl at all. He was the nicest guy I've ever met and I still think of him to this day, 7 years later. There's nothing wrong with what you described. In fact, most girls would prefer this over a guy who's been with a ton of women.

I think that if all his faculties r in tack he just was socialize in a conservative home and with good intentions he would make a wonderful bf......husband for a girl who is aware of Hiv

Fresh meat.Break him in girl.They are so much easier to teach if they haven't already learnt bad habits.Virgins take instruction better and don't take it to heart if you tell them they are doing it wrong.And they are 10x quicker at learning what you like.
