Put on some relaxing music (classical/mood/whatever relaxes you). If you have some scented candles put those on too. Go through all your creams and things you don't use, and use them. Give yourself a head massage (gently rub the head and concentrate on any lumpy bits). Rub conditioner into your hair and wrap a heated towel around for your head and leave for an hour, the wash out.
Enjoy yourself.

COFFEE BODY SCRUB
