Gone through the thyroid thing, been on replacement now for 28 years and have done a lot of research. I don't believe it is related... Go to your doctor. It sounds like one of your cranial nerves are being compressed or inflamed......Again please go to your doctor....

It could be thyroid eye disease. Talk with your doctor and eye doctor.

Do you know your thyroid levels? Many doctors are undermedicating their patients going by outdated standards for TSH. Below is a good website to learn more about your condition. A good book is Thyroid Power written by an endo and his nurse wife. She is hypothyroid. Knowledge is power.

Yes- thyroid eye disease. It is often present even when thyroxine levels are normal, and affects different people differently. I would go to see your doc and get it reviewed regularly, especially if it causes you problems.

Of course, it may be something else entirely, so best to get it looked at.

No, your thyroid is not causing this. Suggest you see a doctor about the symptom.

(Thyroid eye disease involves the bulging of the eyes, like bug-eyed, so it has nothing to do with your situation.)

if your checking your TSH levels and free t4 levels with your doctor in clinic and they're fine it is unlikely thyroxine is causing this.

Ptosis (droopy lid)can be part of horners syndrome (look it up) or a cranial nerve issue. worth having it looked at pronto by a doctor...

Best of luck
