I'm currently watching movies on my computer LCD. What is the resolution? Is there any way to improve on it?

Is my 17 ich LCD computer monitor picture the same as LCD HDTV's. How much different? Thank you.

It all depends on what kind of video card you have inside your computer.

well you can right click on your desktop go to properties>settings>and check the resolution. If you scroll down on the cnet TV buyers guy link you can see if it matches up. http://www.cnet.com/4520-7874_1-5108580-3.html?tag=nav
