well. im taking some 4 hour long WRITTTEN test all about me too see how messed up i really am as far as disorders go. lol which is crazy because you would not think of me as someone with a disorder I do not come off like that. but anyway has anyone else had to do this? whats it like?

They are probably giving you the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory. As it's name suggests, it is a helpful diagnostic tool in deciding whether or not you have a peronality disorder. Do not be nervous, just answer the questions honestly.

Yes, I had to take that same test about a year ago. The questions get a little strange and really personal, but be honest, I can gaurentee they have seen it all. It ended up telling us what we already knew but opening up new treatment options by finding a source of my anxiety and depression.

Sounds interesting, put your deepest feelings and concerns into it, then see what the counselor has to say. Can only give you better understanding of yourself. Be sure you have some information on the therapist, perhaps a referral from a trusted Doctor or friend.

I have anxiety and depression!
My parents know I have anxiety!
But I hide my depression!
No I never had to do the thing that u are doing good luck to the truth it will set u free! I hide my feelings from others!
I also have anteixy attacks! So if you have any questions for me about that I will do my best to help you!
