I crushed both my hands in a nasty accident but after the operation I asked the doctor if I would be able to play the piano, and he said yes.

P.S. I couldn't play the piano before the accident.

NO - That is not a miracle, i expect you didn't even thank the DOCTOR for his help in healing your injuries?

Plenty of praise to the invisble sky daddy however !

Try to look a bit closer at who is doing the healing, before you claim "Miracle" Thank you.
