Judyr8, Asmodeus, and Patrone07 all seem to illustrate that you overlooked something. People can read the Qur'an and not understand it. Many people are so ignorant that they believe that Surah 9:5 commands the death of non-Muslims, this is largely due to mistranslation. Surah 9:5 does not refer to Al-Kafirun (the unbelievers) but instead to the "Hypocrites" (The Quraysh tribe, of Mecca in the 7th century...). It's idiocy obviously, but reading the Qur'an isn't the only thing Islamophobes need, they also need to understand it.

I don't think any intelligent person is the enemy of Muslims. Anyone with any intelligence is the enemy of terrorists and those who condone their actions.

I'm sure that 99% of Muslims are not terrorists. I'm also convinced that 99% of terrorists who attach other countries without provocation in the name of their religion seem to be Muslims. Racial profiling is unfair, but so was 9/11.

If somebody in my family disgraced my family, it would be them I was upset with. The reputation of Islam would easily be restored if the other million and a half Muslims would march in the streets decrying the actions of terrorists and promoting peace.

Your move.

The problem is that Islam is the fastest growing major religion on the planet and is presenting a big threat to the status quo created by the Judeo-christians who currently hold the power. That is the real reason behind Islam-bashing. Undertand that they are running scared and will rely on whatever tactic seems to work at the moment.

As long as these bashers get a rise out of people they will contiue the tirade

My problem with you people is, well, almost everything. I read that book, and it sickened me. "The unbelievers among the people of the Book (Bible) and the pagans shall burn forever in the fires of hell; they are they vilest of creatures". Sure. Very peaceful religion you have there, buddy. Frequently it repeats and emphasizes hatred against difference in religion. I tried to see Islam as a good thing, I assure you, but I failed to see the purpose of it. So many ridiculous rules! Why would Allah give a woman hair upon her head if he meant for her to cover it up? How is it good for a married man to die and go to heaven so that he may live with virgins?

I didn't read it because I don't want to. However, I don't hate you or your religion. I just hate the terrorists who follow that religion to the extreme. I think most sensible people would say that it is not the Muslims we hate, but the terrorists who abuse it.

(it quite is) a Scripture that we've revealed unto thee, crammed with blessing, that they could contemplate its revelations, and that adult adult males of understanding could mirror. [Al-Qur’an, 38:29] The Quran needless to say says to study and understand interior the verses in any different case if the Quran is basically to ever recite without understanding that's basically mocking and does not make experience ( could desire to a minimum of study the translations besides). We does not abuse the different e book by utilising basically examining and not understanding the content. we are meant to understand the small surah's we study in on a regular basis salah and long surahs in Taravia. we are meant to understand and mirror with each and each of those recitations in prayer and study the Quran even little usually and mirror on it. people learn many languages i in my view comprehend many that've succeeded in larger and extra practise examine in languages they only learnt for one twelve months. They fail miserably to learn Arabic with under 0.5 hearted obvioulsy infrequently any efforts. we could desire to consistently practice our little ones to understand Quranic Arabic besides no longer just to study as this could be a advantages for them and an added lanugage of their CV.

The more I read about Islam, the more confused I get about your way of thinking.

Why do you love having "enemies" so much?

Muslims are always imagining all these enemies....like little half baked lunatics

I read it, and found it full of contradictions lies and plagarisms. Any religious text that tells people directly more than a dozen places to kill others who do not agree with them or to kill the victim of a crime is not a religious book, butthe rules of a dangerous cult.
