When an adulteress was ready to be stoned, Our Lord Jesus Christ says," He who is without sin, cast the first stone." and of course no one threw a stone. Because we all are sinners. We all make mistakes. We the people are not Judge and Jury only Our Lord Christ is. Anyways, big or small stone point being we do not have the right to judge others just like we would not like others to judge us. I also found out that, back in Christ time, the adulterer (male) did not get stoned only the adulteress did.

I agree with artgirl.. even in Islam, the same rule applies that the person should not be a sinner themselves.
And by the way, have you even known a muslim woman who has been stoned. In this day and age, nothing like that happens. In the West for sure.
So why not focus your energies on your own issues.

I'm sure if most religions hadn't been dragged screaming and kicking in to the 21st century we would be reading some pretty awful stories about the ones who claim they are closest to god.

Oh what a joke! Oh these poor women. Men get stoned for exactly the same crimes. Anyway the only reason someone gets stoned is for adultry, even then the accusser needs to produce 4 witnesses. Women and men have a right to divorce if they really want to screw someone, get a divorce get married to them and screw all you want.
The punishment for fornication is 80 lashes, the punishment for lieing or not being able to produce 4 witnesses is the same. It seems quite fair and clear.

If you throw a big stone, wouldn't that be more painful??
If a woman was to be punished by being thrown big stones, isn't there a greater chance she'll die?
Btw, the reason she/he is stoned is only for fornication (married person cheating on their spouse).
It is the order of Allah. He is our creator and His Laws are the most correct Laws! There are no defects in them!
Just look at the western society! There's no control of wrong acts and that's why people are so burdened with heartbreaks and rapes! Because a man/woman can cheat and they are let go because they are free to do whatever. Islam controls its followers by keeping them on the straight path and guiding them!

What Badra says above is complete dangerous nonsense. In Western society, we do not intervene in "adultery" etc except to protect the legal and welfare status of chidren, etc. In Muslim society, the "state" - ie bearded, ignorant, misogynistic men - intervene to tell everyone what to do. We deal with consequences in Western society, but use law which has become ever more enlightened (ie protective of rights and freedoms). We do not punish in the barbaric, animalistic, cave-man way that islam does. And we never will.

Smaller rocks are the way to go - it'll take longer and the pain will linger for longer, good call, these guys obviously know what they are doing, women are after all merely here to serve their superiors (thats men - for the painfully dim), its only right that when we get bored with them that they should be stoned to death.
