My cousin told me to stop eatting less cause it make you gain more weight, Is she right?

if you dont exercise alot. what you can do is eat more, but small meals through out the day.

Yes, if you eat less then the amount your body needs to work throughout the day, the body begins to store everything as fat.

It all depends on your metabolism. If you have a high metabolism than you don't gain weight eaily from food but if you have a low one you could gain weight much easier and faster.

because if u skip a meal it makes you[and you r stomach] hungrier which makes u eat more ...Plus all those diet thingz might be fibing to u diet coke for example since it has 0 calories[as it says] since your body needs food to run u r body eats more to gain the food it thinks it didnt eat

Nope, you just desire food more and your body trains itself to burn a certain amount a day, if it is not getting a regular amount of food everyday then it will not burn as many calories. if you do not want to be fat Lower your fat intake, ban Trans fats from your mouth (They also hurt your heart as well as make you fat) Exercise and get plenty of protein! Make sure your diet is well balanced!

No, if you make your portions smaller, you won't gain weight, in fact, you'll start slowly losing weight. Best of luck to you.

it can slow your metabolism and when you do eat more your body doesn't digest the food fast enough and you could put on weight. is that what you are trying to do?

Yea/no. It doesn't make you gain more, but you will start getting a tummie, so do alot of abs.
