No substitute for eggs except EggBeaters. Sorry. Borrow from a neighbor. What a nice thing to do for your Mom. Hope it turns out good. Don't forget to add two tablespoons of Mayo to the recipe. It will make your cake very moist and it will last longer.

Simple, just quickly go to the store and buy some eggs, or borrow some from a neighbor. Don't try to "tweak" the recipe, you could have disasterous results. Best of luck to ya.

Go to the store and by a box and frosting and letters and go to town or you can quickly go pick one up at any store and throw some candles on it LOL.
