I bought Betty Crocker carrot cake mix from a box and my mosm bday party is TOMORROW (her bday is Christmas) I just realized we're out of eggs..what will this do to the cupcakes? Is there any way I can tweak the recipe to make it work??

No substitute for eggs except EggBeaters. Sorry. Borrow from a neighbor. What a nice thing to do for your Mom. Hope it turns out good. Don't forget to add two tablespoons of Mayo to the recipe. It will make your cake very moist and it will last longer.

Simple, just quickly go to the store and buy some eggs, or borrow some from a neighbor. Don't try to "tweak" the recipe, you could have disasterous results. Best of luck to ya.

Go to the store and by a box and frosting and letters and go to town or you can quickly go pick one up at any store and throw some candles on it LOL.

Borrow two eggs from your neighbor, I'm sure they won't mind. OR go buy some, eggs aren't that expensive.
