Im 20 and I have this so called friend that I've known for three years. We use to be friends with benefits but currently just friends now( i have a boyfriend whom i been with for two years). Well although my friend and I were messing around in my senior year of high school he didnt want to be my boyfriend. I liked him alot that year and still had feelings for him afterwards. He has been in the miltary for 2 years and I have barely heard from him while he was gone. He is home for the hoilidays and he calls me four days after getting home. We hungout that day and he asks me if we have a chance in being together. Bascially he was saying drop my boyfriend and be with him. I told him no although was willing to still be friends with him. We hungout later that week and it got late. So I asked him if he was hoping to get some and he said yeah. So after I turned him down I asked if he was going to blow me off and he said no. I havent heard from him in a week since. Should I drop him or not???

Sounds like he already dumped you when he didn't get any. Don't waste your time on this looser! He has had 2 years to grow up and a real friend would never had asked you that in the first place, especially knowing you had a boyfriend.

He's your friend, he might have had high expectations of coming home to a girl friend not just a friend. Give him sometime to lick his wounds. He is probably having a hard time adjusting to this new situation. It was not what he had hoped for or probably dreamed of when he was in the service. Don''t drop him. Let some time go by. If he doesn't call you then you will know if the friendship has been blown.

in all probability no longer very lots of undertaking, except the affected person replaced into injured by utilising being dropped. (no longer basically an develop in regardless of discomfort s/he could desire to have been in.) She and your chum can anticipate something from a scolding and order to be extra careful to a evaluation of affected person delivery concepts which cut back the prospect. in the event that they have been careless in some way, an genuine reprimand of a few type could desire to be added to their data.

As you are in a relationship and his intentions are pretty obvious I'd say don't spend time alone with him, especially late.

I don't know that you need to drop him, but I think it is inappropriate for you to spend private time with him.

Just my opinion.

He doesn't want to be your friend. He just wants to have sex with you.

Women - if you have a heterosexual male friend - he isn't your friend - he wants to have sex with you. That line in When Harry Met Sally is totally true.
