I have about a month to shapen up my body. I'm not looking for miracles (allthough they are welcome) just some basic things I can do that will help tighten up my nonexistent abs.

Loose your fat, or lose your fat? I don't know how to loosen fat, but if you want to get rid of fat, the only thing that will work permanently, safely, and effectively is changing to a proper diet and increasing your exercise and activity levels. No pill, drink, or supplement will substitute for the real thing. One month is an unrealistic time frame for complete removal, however if you start a workout regimen today, you will be able to see lots of positive change in a month. Of course most Americans are lazy, and are looking for a quick fix, so by all means, ignore this real answer, and pick some one else with a quick fix for you best answer. But after that get down and give me 25 crunches, 25 push-ups, and 10 pull ups.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

many people want to get there stomach flat and you'll have to work x-tra hard to get it. it may take a little while longer than a month to get it flat but if you're patient you'll see results.
In order to get a flat stomach you'll have to do exercises like running because that burns fat all over. when your done running then you do you sit-ups or cruches. if you don't want a big bulky manly looking stomach then you'll have to run as well and don't work your muscles too hard because they'll look unattractive. Eat healthy also.like try to eat only salads, eggs, toast, oatmeal, fruits and veggies. avoid ne thing fried or junk food also because that will mess u up.

First of all its no going to happen in a month, You need to watch your caloric intake, make sure that you are burning more calories than you are intaking, watch your carb intake, eat 6 small healthy proportioned meals, do some cardio, do around 200 crunches, leg lifts, obliques dips in 4 sets of 50 every otter day....That should do the trick Good luck........

Pilates mat exersizes are amazing for stomach conditioning. Get Pilates for Dummies video, or something of that nature and do it almost every day. It was a miracle after my baby was born. It seems so simple but really tones your core muscles, including your back.

actually in fitness there is no such thing as spot reduction , as when we lose weight, its overall. ( Also depends on your body type) Doing sit up & crunches will help to tone up provided we do it the right way & use the correct muscle as we do. :)

Not to be rude but you already know. EXERCISE. Why does everyone think that there is some miracle & thousands of secrets to weight loss & getting tone? The only that works is diet & exercise. Merry Christmas. Ciao!

eating fruits,doing crunches,riding a bike,doing cartwheels,don't eat junk food,eat a breakfast,lunch ,and dinner every day &the rest of the month and u will shapen up your body in a month.

Doing crunches, reverse situps, situps, and riding a bike, are great ways to tighting up the stomach area. If you have an exercise ball, it makes doing crunches that much easier.
