I've bought clear plastic (PVC) pipe from Harrington Plastics many times. Your sizes seem a little off. 4-inch pipe is 4.500 inches OD and 5-inch pipe is 5.563 inches OD. Your wall thickness is about right for schedule 40 Clear.

5-inch is an oddball size, available, at least as a special order, in schedule 40 (white) and 80 (grey), but not, as far as I know, not in clear.

All the clear stuff is much more expensive than white or grey PVC. The 4" clear pipe is about $25/foot.

Any PVC pipe is fine for warm water. But not hot. It all has diminished burst strength at high temps and get pretty droopy around 140F. And really flexible at 160F. You need CPVC for those temps.
