my boyfreinds crazy sister said she filed a restraining order against me for 300 yrds
if hes he doesnt agree with it
then shouldnt we be able to see each other?

i would simply ask to have a copy. it is your right. and i don't think she has one. he would have had to sign it.

I've filed a restraining order before and it involved serving paperwork on the other party as well as both parties going to court.

So if there was truly a restraining order on you, you would know about it.

Actually, if there was a restraining order filed against you then you would be well aware of it. The court has to inform you of the "restraint" so, she's basically telling you a lie.

If you have paperwork or receive paperwork (depends on when she filed it and when she told you) then you have to follow it. If you're not sure it would work in your favor to ask a police officer because that way you will know if you are violating one that you are not aware of.
