i wont lie it would upsett me but if you've been together for 7 years you should be able to talk to him. You owe it to him and yourself to let him know that it hurts your feelings. And if it is the shopping that bugs him tell him to get you a alternative gift like a gift certificate or a weekend away or tell him to try shopping online. Most importantly you need to talk to him.

yeah that kinda bad, Grin and bear it, and thats not all guys just to let you know, it is kinda of a pain to get a present for someone of the opposite sex because you dont really know what they like

hmmm not sure .. I've been with my b/f for 5 years and we have a beauitful daughter together. The first year of our relationship I was showered with gifts ,, the second and third years I got NOTHING .. ever since that his been really good at giving me gifts for Val day, B-day, and X-tmas.
That two years when I got nothing I thought of it as "men will be men" .. I kinda like it now tho ... I don't expect nothing

psh, u deserve someone who wants to give u a Christmas present or 2. he obviously doesnt care for u as much as he should. it would definetly hurt my feelings if i had a boyfriend like that. u deserve someone better.

if he knows you for seven years already then he should know to buy you something for christmas and what to buy you....it shouldnt be painful for him in fact it should be the oposite...

.i would make a list of everything i wanted and give it to him. tell him to pick out 2 or 3 things. or he could just be trying to put one over on you and he already got you something fabulous
