Warming it will kill many of the vitamins. The rawer and more natural it is, the more you benefit from it's vitamin content.

No. That's like saying if you warm up water it will cure your hair loss. Totally bogus.

It will however make you feel better by being warm. You could achieve the same effect by making a cup a hot chocolate.

what are orandes? if you mean oranges, just juice them and drink it cold.

well, i would just drink it cold. boiling it may make it lose some of the vitamins in it.
