OK, and why do so many Christians deny this statement? The tribulation will happen during your lifetime. It's like they think they're immune to it. It might not happen during your lifetime, but let me bring up a point!

The Mayans weren't Christian, but they were the first and the last that've predicted the tribulation to be on December 24th, 2012, which means they were the first to say the tribulation would be a date outside of their lifetime. Isn't it ironic? They had a better system of telling time than our computers today according to studies.

So, answer the question(s) you want to.

In ancient Jewish tradition Satan is simply an angel doing the work that God assigned to Satan to do.

The word Satan means challenger. With the idea of Satan challenging us, or tempting if you will. This description sees Satan as the angel who is the embodiment of man's challenges. This idea of Satan works closely with God as an integral part of Gods plan for us. His job is to make choosing good over evil enough of a challenge so that it becomes clear to us that there can be only one meaningful or logical choice.

Contrast this to Christianity, which sees Satan as God's opponent. In Jewish thought, the idea that there exists anything capable of setting itself up as God's opponent would be considered polytheistic or setting up the devil to be an equally powerful polarity to god or a demigod.

Oddly, proof for The Christian satan/devil mythology is supposedly found in the ancient Jewish texts that were borrowed to create the bible. One can’t help but wonder how Christians came up with such a fantastically different interpretation of Gods assistant Satan in their theology.

Other hints about Satan’s role in human relations can be seen if you look at the name Lucifer. It’s meaning in the original tongue translates as Light bearer or light bringer. Essentially the bringer of enlightenment. The temptations of the Satan idea bring all of us eventually into Gods light. Hardly the Evil entity of Christian mythology.

The room felt warmer and warmer and brighter and brighter. We had a canines that then might arise and push his way perfect into the midsection human beings as we prayed. The canines became finding way up on the ceiling, with the biggest 'grin' you ever observed and panting as though he had long gone for an prolonged-term. He had not at that element. when I regarded up additionally, because of the fact the canines became there panting and in simple terms interior the midsection and there he became finding up above us and it became 'white mild', like white strobe lights furniture. The canines constantly did that. and a great variety of alternative issues. i got here upon nowhere interior the bible that negated this. We had yet another canines that once the bible became examine, might flow to the boundary between the hall and front room. He did not bypass into the front room, so he'd lie together with his head in simple terms over the boundary and in simple terms hear because of the fact the bible became examine, then he'd arise and bypass returned to his section as quickly because it became over.

You contradict yourself. The word ghost means a spirit, howbeit generally a disembodied spirit. The tribulation is a period of time, it is not to be connected with a single day.
